In-person meetings are available in convenient locations throughout the Seattle area. Virtual consultations can be arranged to fit your schedule and location needs.
What to Expect
Confidential Consultation: All conversations are confidential and conducted in a professional, supportive environment.
No Pressure: The initial consultation helps determine if Betty’s services are right for your situation—there’s no expectation or obligation to proceed.
Coordinated Support: Betty works in step with your attorney and other professionals involved in your case, providing clear financial insight that fits naturally into your team’s existing process. She can also work in a quieter supporting role when that better suits the needs of the case.
Fee Transparency: Most work is completed on an hourly engagement basis with clear expectations around scope and cost., typically within the range of $1,500-$15,000. Certain tasks—such as pension valuations or retirement account separate property tracing—may be handled on a project basis when the parameters are well-defined. Overall pricing is driven by case complexity, the level of documentation required, and the type of financial analysis needed.
Note: Betty’s work during the divorce includes the financial planning analysis needed to understand long-term implications, compare settlement options, and support informed decision-making. After the divorce is complete, ongoing financial planning and investment management can be continued through The Capeloto & Hedrick Co. There is no obligation to do so.
