This website is owned and operated by Betty Hedrick Divorce Solutions LLC. I provide divorce financial analysis services to clients in Washington State and beyond, and I care deeply about protecting your privacy and your trust.

Information You Choose to Share

I only receive personal information when you choose to share it with me — for example when you send a message through the contact form, schedule a consultation, or join my email list. This usually includes your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.

Like most websites, mine also automatically receives basic technical details (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and functioning smoothly.

I do not collect financial documents or sensitive case information through this website. That information is exchanged only after engagement through secure, professional systems.

Scheduling Through Calendly

If you use my online scheduler, Calendly will collect your name, email address, and appointment details so it can confirm your meeting. Calendly stores this information securely and shares it with me so I know when we’re meeting. Calendly’s privacy policy is available at calendly.com/privacy.

Client Portal (MyCase)

All client documents, intake forms, messages, and billing are handled through MyCase, my secure client portal. Nothing you upload or share in MyCase passes through this website.
