Cultivating Financial Clarity During Divorce
Divorce often requires financial decisions before the full picture is clear. I help organize the records, explain the financial issues, and evaluate options so you and your attorney can make informed decisions.
My work can include asset analysis, separate property tracing, pension valuation, equity compensation review, cash flow analysis, lifestyle documentation, and review of financial records for missing or unclear information.
The goal is to make the financial side of the case more organized, more understandable, and easier to use in settlement discussions, mediation, or litigation preparation.
“Your ability to present numbers clearly, create financial scenarios creatively, and think holistically about money and life means so much to me.”

Services That Help You grow Forward
financial foundations
A clear financial foundation makes later decisions easier. I help gather, organize, and review financial records so assets, debts, income, and expenses are easier to understand and discuss with your attorney.
This may include review of financial documents, identification of missing information, income documentation, budget analysis, and organized summaries for attorney meetings, mediation, or settlement discussions.
Asset Analysis
Divorce decisions often depend on understanding what you own, what it is worth, how it is titled, and whether tax or liquidity issues affect its real value.
I review accounts, property, investment holdings, retirement assets, and other financial information to help create a clearer picture of the marital financial landscape.
RSU & Stock Option Analysis
Equity compensation can be difficult to understand and divide. I review RSUs, stock options, vesting schedules, grant documents, tax considerations, and division issues so you and your attorney can better understand what these assets are and how they may affect settlement.
Pension Valuation
Pensions require careful analysis because the value depends on plan rules, timing, survivor benefits, and the method used to divide or offset the benefit.
I evaluate pension information and explain the practical differences among available division approaches, including present value calculations, monthly benefit division, survivor benefit considerations, and offset options.
Separate Property Tracing
If you brought assets into the marriage, received gifts or inheritances, or made post-separation contributions, those amounts may need to be traced through financial records.
I review statements and transaction history to help document where funds came from, where they went, and whether the records support a separate property claim.
Settlement & Financial Structure Analysis
Settlement terms affect cash flow, taxes, liquidity, retirement timing, support duration, and day-to-day financial stability after divorce.
I compare proposed settlement structures and explain how different choices may affect your financial life over time, including after-tax cash flow, support duration, budgeting, and long-term sustainability.
Financial Record Review
When financial records are incomplete, confusing, or inconsistent, I review account statements, tax returns, credit card records, and related documents to identify missing information, unexplained transactions, or issues that need clarification.
The goal is to separate meaningful financial questions from ordinary account activity and help create a clearer factual record.
Lifestyle Documentation
In some cases, historical spending needs to be documented for support discussions or comparative budgeting.
I review income, spending, and cost-of-living records for a defined period and prepare practical summaries that help show the household’s financial pattern. Because this work is time-intensive, it is usually reserved for cases where standard expense declarations are incomplete, disputed, or insufficient.
Clarity and Support You Can Trust
Divorce brings financial questions that can feel complicated and sometimes overwhelming. My role is to help you understand the facts, assess your options, and feel prepared for the decisions ahead. I provide clear, organized analysis—not legal advice—and work alongside your attorney to support your overall strategy.
